Refund Policy

We operate a 14-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return. You then have another 14 days to send the product back.

If you withdraw from the agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the agreement to us. You are in time if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please note: To receive a full refund, it is important that you return the product in its original, undamaged condition. Ensure the product is securely and properly packaged for the return shipment. If we receive the product damaged or incomplete, we may deduct an amount from the refund.

Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Returning an item? Please follow these steps:

Email info@purebabylove.com within 14 days of receipt to state that you wish to return your product, including your order number.
Send your return within 14 days to: Pure Wool Love, Professor van der Waalsstraat 3G, 1821 BT Alkmaar.
Include a note in the package with your name or order number to ensure quick processing.
Send us the tracking details for your package.
Once received, we will process the return within 7 days.
